Can’t figure out what all the Twitter fuss is about?

Conversations on Twitter are a little, um, different.  Trying to say anything
meaningful in 140 characters or less, when whatever the other person said
last is lost in a blizzard of tweets can be confusing and even annoying.

There’s a tool called HootSuite that lets you see conversations in a bit more
organized fashion.  This short video shows you how it works.

The other thing that helps a LOT with Twitter is when you put the people you
actually want to talk to into a list, so you can easily find them.  This video
